    Today, Tuesday 5 February 2019. We practice making sugar dough, dough pie, pastry cream and bechamel sauce. On this Chinese New Year we keep entering campus to practice so that our class material is not far behind class A. This time we enter at 9:00 WITA. We are one line and enter the kitchen.
   After entering the kitchen, we are instructed by Mr. Iical to make sugar dough and pie dough. As usual, first we prepare the tools and ingredients.
Sugar dough ingredients
-soft flour: 300gr
-Butter:160gr
-milk powder:2 sdm
-egg: 1pcs
-salt:1/4 sdt
-icing sugar:1sdm
Pie dough ingredients
-soft flour:300gr
-shortening:234gr
-garam:6gr
-water:160ml
After that we also make sugar dough. After the mixture, we meditate on the freezer for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes passed. Remove the dough and roll. After that, print the mixture into the tarlet then prick it using a fork. Then put it in the chiller.


Then the senior practiced how to make bechamel and pastry cream. After the senior practiced we rested for the dhuhur prayer. After the break we re-entered to make cream pastry and bechamel. We also make pastry cream and bechamel for filling pie.

Between us making pastry cream and bechamel we roasted our sugar dough and dough pie. After a few minutes, we pulled out a half-cooked pie and filled it with cream pastry and bechamel. Then Bake returned. While waiting for our pie to mature, we are GC.

Like yesterday, we were only GC in pastry and bakery. This time we were on time and finished on time. After completing the GC, we also took the Asr prayer. After that we also ate senior cuisine. Then the pie we made was made. before one line came home we were told to eat our homemade pie. Then we go home and pray together
