Assalamualaikum guys

    Today, Monday 4 February 2019. We MTB 2b resumed the material last Sunday which was delayed. As always we are one line at 8:00 WITA. Then we were welcome to enter the kitchen. In our one line pastry then Mr. Ical came to give instructions for the GC.

Not as usual, after continuing to practice GC. Today, we are GC, just practice. Then we also GC in pastry and bakery. After GC was finished we were allowed to break and return to the kitchen at 10:00 WITA.

After the break we re-entered for practice this time we were told to make some form of puff pastry. At first we prepared and ordered the dough that was still frozen and then we rolled the mixture. After that we formed a puff pastry. Then we bake our puff pastry together.

While waiting for our puff pastry in Bale, we also break the dhuhur prayer. After our prayer, GC. This time I got a bakery with several other friends. Meanwhile some people are in the pastry, this time we admit that the GC this afternoon is indeed very slow.

As a result, Mr. Ical instructed us to clean the entire kitchen which initially only cleaned pastry and bakery into one kitchen. We work together to solve quickly given the time that is getting shorter.


After the GC we took a short break while waiting for the class leader to check the kitchen. After all was done, we also went home one line.
