Cleaning : clean with detergent after that rinse with clean water and dry it

Function : to fry food that use medium or many oil
Material : stainless steel, iron
Cleaning : wash it with detergent and then rinse with the clean water, after that dry it

3. Wok
Function : to cook the food that use the big fire
Material : iron
Cleaning : rinse with the clean water and dry it
