Daily report

Apa kabar hari ini guys? semoga kita selalu di berikan kesehatan yang lebih oleh Allah SWT,
10,maret 2020  hari ke dua kami praktik di minggu ini,berbeda dengan pagi sebelumnya hari ini kami datang di kitchen lebih pagi eh lebih subuh dari biasanya hehew,sekitar pukul 05:25 saya sampai di kitchen, sudah ada beberapa teman saya yang datang lebih dulu

    08:30 kami oneline di main kitchen untuk breafing bagaimana makanan yang akan kami buat hari ini,hari ini makanan akan keluar pukul 11:00,  karena kemarin kami telah prepare jadi hari ini kami sisa finising, setelah kami selesai breafing kami langsung doing, seperti kemarin saya masih handle iga toppa lada, bumbu yang telah di prepare kemarin saya saute kemudian saya tambahkan santan 3 liter kemudian saya simmer, setelah santan sudah sedikit mengering saya pindahkan ke wok untuk di tose bersama dengan iga, se jauh ini semua masih berjalan dengan lancar mulai dari apptizer,soup,main course, dan dissert,

    10:15 makanan sudah mulai di set up,namun ada sedikit kesalahan di ikan tuna tumis sambal yang terlalu asin, sehingga menu tersebut tidak keluar ke resto, setelah semuanya ter-set up kami langsung beres beres, selesai sholat duhur kami langsung gc

 08:30 we are on line in the main kitchen for breafing how the food we are going to make today, today the food will come out at 11:00, because yesterday we have prepared so today we are left with finising, after we finish breafing we immediately do, like  yesterday I still handled the pepper toppa ribs, the seasoning I prepared yesterday I saute then I added 3 liters of coconut milk then I simmer, after the coconut milk has dried up a bit I moved it to wok to toast with ribs, so far everything is still going smoothly  starting from apptizer, soup, main course, and dissert,

 10:15 food has started to set up, but there was a slight error in the sauteed tuna sauce that was too salty, so the menu did not come out to the restaurant, after everything was set up we immediately sorted it out, finished our good prayer immediately gc
