Daily activity (English version)

     Hello guys, today I will share my activities about practicing in the kitchen. Today is Thursday, January 24, 2019. We got material about "How to make puff pastry". As usual we entered the kitchen at 7:30 WITA. And Then we were one line in the pastry kitchen. We had a long wait because Mr. Ical who was going to do it was negotiating with the party to procure tools and materials because the tools and materials that came were not in accordance with the request.

    After that, Mr. Ical came and explained how to make puff pastry, said Pak Ical "when we are working in the pastry, our hearts must always be happy". After Mr. Ical gave an example, we were told to prepare tools and materials. And Then we have break.After the break we went back in and do that.

After that, we were general cleaning this time, I was put in a backup with several other friends. Then I help a friend who is general cleaning in the pastry. After our GC (general cleaning) took a short break and joked together. After a while we also went home one line. That's my activity in the kitchen today
